Your account

Signing in with Google or Microsoft
Epic Portal offers Google and Microsoft sign-in so you do not need another password. Here is exactly what that involves.
What we ask for
Only the basic sign-in permissions: openid, email and profile. That gives Epic Portal your name, your email address and whether the provider has verified it.
How we use it
- Your verified email address matches you to the invitation or account your company set up.
- Your name is shown on your profile and on the tickets you open.
- We keep the provider's account identifier so the same account signs you in next time.
What we never do
- Read your email, files, calendar or contacts.
- Keep provider access tokens for client accounts.
- Sell your data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Your control
You can disconnect Google or Microsoft from your account page at any time and sign in with a password instead. To have your account removed, ask your company's portal admin or email [email protected].
