These terms
These terms apply when you use Epic Portal at portal.epicalgorithms.com, the client portal operated by EPIC ALGORITHMS YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Epic Algorithms", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If your company has a separate agreement with Epic Algorithms, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Who can use the portal
The portal is for the staff of Epic Algorithms clients and for our own team. You can only get an account by invitation, and you use it on behalf of your company. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
- Keep your password and any sign-in method connected to your account private, and do not share your account with anyone.
- Use an email address you control. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, it must be the account for the address you were invited with.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account while you are signed in.
Portal admins
People your company makes portal admins can invite colleagues, choose their roles and remove their access. Your company is responsible for who it invites and for keeping that list up to date, for example when someone leaves.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- try to reach accounts, tickets or data you have not been given access to;
- probe, scan or test the portal's security without our written permission;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share;
- overload the portal or use automated means to scrape it;
- use the portal to harass anyone or to send unsolicited messages.
Your content
What you and your colleagues send us through the portal or by email, such as messages, attachments and photos, stays yours or your company's. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the portal and our services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
Signing in with Google or Microsoft is optional. When you use it, the provider's own terms also apply to your account with them. We are not responsible for those services, and you can always sign in with a password instead.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the portal available and secure, but it may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. We may change, add or remove features. Support emails sent to our support addresses still reach us when the portal itself is unavailable.
Suspension and closing accounts
We or your company's portal admins may suspend or close your account if you no longer work with your company, if your company stops being a client, or if you break these terms. You can ask your portal admin or us to close your account at any time.
Disclaimers
Except where your company's agreement with us says otherwise, the portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Epic Algorithms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where your company has an agreement with us, the limits in that agreement apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, unless your company's agreement with us provides otherwise or mandatory law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
